A lovely relaxing card with a fruity drink (which by the way is the only stamped image on this card!). The 3x4 card was pre-printed and ready for embellishment. For the background I used a piece of Color Theory Designer Series Paper. No sentiment on this card since it would fit so many different themes!

We had a fantastic time at this month's crop! And we raised $331 for Kingston Animal Rescue. Fantastic to see so many people come and craft for the day. I was able to work on scrapbooking pictures from 2008.

This month, in the grab bags, we included the Perfect Days Memories & More card pack. I'm so in love with this card pack! The 2 projects I designed (the card and the 3D item) have greetings from the card pack and no stamping! What?! For the card I used a 3"x4" card that had TODAY on it and added some stickers that are included with the Memories & More card pack. This was the perfect card for my husband's birthday earlier this month.

Tag toppers are so easy to create. Fill up a cellophane bag with some rockets, tie it close, then adhere the tag! The 3"x4" card is a perfect size to create a tag.

This month Lisa designed the scrapbook page and the pocket page! She did a great job with both pages and her little guy's pictures work great with this card pack. On the pocket page's 4"x6" card she coloured each has word separately to make it stand out - a great idea!

The Wood Textures Designer Series Paper is a great match for the February drab snow/dirt in these pictures. Added a piece of copper foil paper to trim the pictures and balance the snowflakes. For the snowflakes I used a piece of water colour paper and an Aquapainter with Crumb Cake and Soft Suede ink to create a wash on the paper. Once it was dried the snowflakes from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits were cut out multiple times and adhered with the Fine-tip Glue Pen.

This is was hard memory to scrap for me. Do you have any of those? This was in 2008 and I waited until now to deal with these pictures. Make sure your memories are preserved, even if it's the hard ones. 2008 was a hard year but it's time that I get those pictures in albums and get the stories told!

Tonight I'm hosting a Facebook Memories & More Party on my page - check it out here: https://www.facebook.com/FromWhereIStamp/

On this layout I've dressed up a few of the cards to show what you can do with the Color Theory Suite! For the main 4x6 card I took one of the cards that says "Things I love this Autumn" and covered the words with a piece of Color Theory Designer Series Paper and the circle with the new saying/title to change it to a summer card. I liked the lines on the card but of course autumn wouldn't work with these very summer photos!

One of the 3x4 pockets was left alone but for the summer memories pocket I made a mistake cutting up a 4x6 card and to save the sentiment it was trimmed down, edged with Soft Suede card stock and mounted on a Crushed Curry 3x4 card from the pack.

Here is one of the 3 pocket pages we made at Thursday's Christmas in July class. I love the Perfect Days Memories and More card pack so I featured it dressed up with the Pretty Pines Thinlits to show the diversity of how this card pack can be used. This page would be great for Christmas photos but also for photos with wintery theme as I've done.

I love the Emerald Envy colour! It matches so well with many of Stampin' Up!'s colours. It is a current In Color and will retire in May 2018!! I shared these cards at my Facebook party last Thursday evening. If you missed it but would love to see more inspiration please join me on Thursday August 10th from 8pm to 9:30pm on my Facebook page for my next Memories & More online party.

Both of these cards feature a 3"x4" card from the Perfect Days Memories & More card pack. I used the One Big Meaning stamp set to turn them into Thank you cards!
